1. Returns
- Eligibility:
Items can be returned within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return: - The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided.
- Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return: - Digital products or downloadable items.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Items marked as non-returnable or final sale at the time of purchase.
- How to Initiate a Return:
To start the return process, contact us at hello@pandacube.in with the following details: - Order number.
- Reason for the return.
- Pictures of the item (if applicable).
We will guide you through the return process once your request is approved.
2. Refunds
- Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. If the item meets the return criteria: - The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Partial Refunds:
In some cases, partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items that show signs of use but are not damaged). - Non-Refundable Costs:

3. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return the original product and place a new order.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

- Pictures of the damaged/defective product.
- Order details.
We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a full refund.
6. Cancellations
